A 2-hour embodied, co-creative arts ritual
This gathering is an invitation to leap gently, to move with the intelligence of water as we cross a seasonal threshold together.
We will explore the feeling-states of water within us — ebbing, pooling, flowing, pouring — and how these states mirror our emotional, sensual, and creative lives. Through slow embodied movement, guided visualisation, sound, and co-creative artistic expression, we will make images of what we feel, rather than explaining it.
This is a space to:
emerge from the womb of winter
soften into subtle sensory awareness
witness urgency, quiet, and desire without forcing change
explore giving and receiving, control and surrender, taking and allowing
We become vessels — strong, porous, responsive — slowly opening our inner floodgates as the season turns.
Working with ritual, optional blindfolding, gentle binding, and seed-planting for intention and manifestation, we will honour the seeds held in our bodies and imaginations. Together we will practise letting go of the past, pouring out energetically, and grounding our leaps in faith, togetherness, and trust.
This is a held, consent-based container for exploring:
the passionate and irrational feminine
unapologetic wildness
intimacy with sensation, movement, and sound
being seen, witnessing, and being witnessed
There will be moments of quiet and slowness, allowing us to feel what begins to emerge when we stop rushing. We will observe our patterns not to fix them, but to celebrate and transform them through an expressive arts process.
All bodies of water — including our own — are tidal.
The moon pulls us whether we notice or not.
Come prepared to soften, sink, listen, and immerse.
All practices are optional and guided with consent, care, and choice.
May we sacralise this planet, not only on Sundays.

What to Expect
-
This gathering is carefully shaped and gently held. While the experience invites flow, sensation, and emergence, it is supported by a clear arc — opening, deepening, and integration — so you can soften into the process without needing to orient or manage yourself. Structure here is not rigid; it is a quiet riverbank that allows the water to move freely.

The approach is grounded, attuned, and responsive — offering depth without force, and invitation without pressure. You will be supported to explore sensation, movement, and expression in a way that honours your body’s intelligence and timing.

This is a consent-based, facilitated container where care, choice, and safety are central. All practices are invitations rather than requirements, and you are encouraged to listen closely to your own boundaries and needs. You will be met with respect, warmth, and non-judgement — held by the group, the structure, and the shared intention to move with honesty and care.

Joanna long
Joanna is is an artist, facilitator, embodiment guide, empowerment mentor, coach, and channel with over twenty years’ experience in creative arts education and eight years of dedicated practice in kundalini activation, expressive arts, and embodied coaching. Her work centres on energy cultivation for expanded states of awareness, the gentle integration of suppressed and fragmented parts of the self, somatic release, and reconnection to the soul-self as a lived, felt experience. She works relationally and intuitively, weaving movement, sound, image, and subtle energy practices to support reconciliation, aliveness, and grounded transformation. Everything she offers is guided from direct, embodied experience — nothing is taught that has not first been lived, felt, and integrated in her own body.
