After a beautiful Alchemize series I I am continuing this magical container for women looking to melt in togetherness. I am opening the space and field on July 19th - September 6th for another series of 8 consecutive Sundays at The Angel Space in Totnes for another round of The Embodiments. This is gentle, deep and subtle energetic ‘work’ that feels effortless and held. Expect movement, mantra, magic, sound and song, kundalini kriyas to move life force energy deliberately, and sacred syllables to heal through all layers of your body and energetic system. You will be a part of a very connective Telegram group too and receive sharing’s, transmissions and guided meditations throughout the course to explore at home. 02 / the deep depths of taoist wisdom
The program will include:
Week one: FOLLOWING YOUR AROUSAL. Parasympathetic regulation, held energy release, grounding large energy, and raising suppressed dormant energy, using breath awareness and mapping triggers.
Week two: CONSENT AND BOUNDARIES. Taking care of your energy with your consent. We will explore power dynamics and how to express your NO from a place of integration so it really lands. This will support nervous system stability and support the building of self trust. We will also discuss sovereignty, and how to hold more life force energy without collapse so you can receive what you desire.
Week three: SENSATION WITHOUT THE STORY. We will go into emotion processing and alchemy with release processes so the narrative behind emotions that often leads to suppression and holding, and blocked life force energy flow, can be alchemised.
Week four: BUILDING AND CIRCULATING ENERGY FROM ACTIVATION. We will look at dopamine regulation, how to use the breath to mobilise your essence and stored life force energy thats dormant, and looking at staying present with arousal so as to be supra-conscious or what it’s asking of you.
Week five: VULNERABILITY AND PAIN SOFTENING. Releasing shame around emotionality and sexuality and really delving into this fire that animates and activates us. The fire that pushes us and the fire that pulls us. We’ll also explore paradox to move towards reducing internal polarisation, which supports in creating a less polarised experience in our external. As within so with or without.
Week six: EXPLORING INTIMACY WITHOUT FUSION. We will look at how we might be adapting in our life, or compromising in areas that take us outside of what feels peaceful, arousing and inspiring. As well as projection in relationships vs reality and how to stay intimate and also open without collapse of integrity or boundaries.
Week seven: MEANING, CONSCIOUSNESS AND SYNCHRONICITIES. This week we’ll focus on meta awareness, how expansion of consciousness gives us greater free will, and how we signal and project our reality from the seat of out feelings and unconscious. If we want one thing but feel something opposing we create a tension in our reality. Untangling this will be the focus in this weeks session.
Week 8: INTEGRATION AND AUTONOMY. You will leave with tools for self regulating, feeling strong and safe to set clear boundaries, and feel more autonomous over your choices and emboldened to take aligned action.
We will go into sustained ways to keep your nervous system regulated, how to detox from unhealthy cycles and karmic patterns and look at you drawing your own personal code of erotic integrity.

I will introduce to you a simple way to work with the I ching and share parts from my adaptation of this ancient oracle that is used to chart your energetics and relationship with the outside world in any moment which is the most gorgeous resource.
Each week I will bring a group energetic reading to the gathering and share with you what came through and invite discussion.
The Tao and I ching Book of changes is primarily a resource to explore how our internal system - our feelings, beliefs, conditionings, imprints are affecting in any moment the state of play of our life.
